Micro velvet is a medium weight high quality fabric that has a smooth back and a textured 100% polyester velvet front. This velvet is extremely soft and plus that it is even comparable to silk velvet fabrics. The polyester content makes it ideal for washing, although we do recommend taking extra care, such as hand washing this fabric in order to retain the high quality of the fabric. This luxuriously soft velvet is a non-stretch fabric that is slightly heavier gsm than its stretch velvet counterpart.
This fabric is available in large quantities in numerous colors, and can be used for numerous applications. It is great for apparel such as dresses, jackets and pants, as well as costumes, upholstery and decorative purposes. This fabric is also perfect for crafts and various creative projects.

Very Nice Fabric
I ordered this velvet to do sublimation printing. It works very well. The colors are vibrant, and the heat process for sublimation had no effect on the quality of the velvet. I am about ready to order some more
