United StatesNetting has blotches of Ink -- looks like factory reject!
In picture when I purchased, this fabric/lace appears to have shaded color throughout. When it arrived it had what looks like ink stains randomly over the netting -- not shading but random irregular blotches like ink stains -- totally unusable . This looks like a factory reject that should have been thrown away. There is no way I can use this fabric. Beautiful lace with ink blotches all over it! In the picture attached, the lace is on white fabric -- look closely and you can see the stains on the netting -- not the embroidery -- on the netting. When the fabric is held up by itself in folds it looks much worse!
