Description
Upholstery Tweed is a softly textured, stylish fabric that is durable and used for décor applications. Made in a tweed style, Upholstery Tweed fabric is woven from 100% Polyester fibers and features a felt backing for support and protection. This fabric displays an elegant, heathered pattern obtained from the blend of yarn colors in the warp and weft.
Upholstery Tweed fabric is made to withstand everyday wear and tear, in addition to it being easy to care for. This fabric measures 56/57 inches wide, is 1.28 millimeters thick, has a 370 GSM, and weighs approximately 15.9 ounces per linear yard.
Use Upholstery Tweed to sew upholstery for furniture, and other similar applications. A heavyweight fabric, cover chairs, sofas, and more with Upholstery Tweed fabric. Additionally, use this fabric to upholster car seats, or even as a headliner fabric. Lastly, decorate floors by using Upholstery Tweed as a rug or carpet. Great fabric
Used to make new cushions for daughter's couch. Fabric was just right. Not too stiff yet sturdy enough for heavy use. The felt backing helps with durability. The tweed outer layer was soft with a nice hand. The width was perfect for 2 - 27" cuts per row. It stitched up nicely.

Samples
Hi there! I have received very many samples from you, all good,however, looking for very specific color tones. I am a costume designer for a production of “White Christmas “, actors have not yet been chosen, so I have not ordered as of yet. Each time I order samples I miss the mark on color as it very difficult online through computer screens. I have 12 full circle skirts to make in a dusty rose color and 12 in a minty sage green. Not a yellow and not sage, a softer tone to match the dusty rose for a pastel Christmas outfit. I will also need men’s matching vests. I love one of taffeta in dusty rose but can’t get the green in same fabric, There are 90 costumes for me to put together. I’m sure to order whatever I can in the next few days,
