In other words, the vertical polyester yarns are passed over a set number of horizontal weft yarns, which results in Polyester Charmeuse Satin fabrics smooth feel and lustrous appearance. Measuring 44/45 inches wide, this fabric is 0.17 millimeters thick, has a 95 GSM, and weighs approximately 3.5 ounces per linear yard. This thin and lightweight fabric also has a fluid drape when it is hung.
