Sourced from thick, high denier, hypoallergenic, and sustainable jute fibers, Burlap (18”) is loosely woven in a 1-1, plain weave style with a thread count of 289, or 17 yarns per inch in the warp and weft of the fabric. The content makes this fabric condensation-resistant and less skin-irritating than synthetically manufactured ones, while the weave and yarn style makes the material durable, sheer, and breathable. Measuring 18/19 inches wide, Burlap (18”) fabric is 0.95 millimeters thick, it has a 325 GSM, and weighs approximately 5 ounces per linear yard.

This was my first time ordering from FWD and I wasn't sure how the weave would be on this burlap. This burlap is amazing! Nice tight weave, but not TOO tight. Good burlap is hard to find and this stuff is wonderful! I'll be ordering again soon!
