PVC Fabric by the yard

PVC fabric is a type of smooth, shiny, and waterproof fabric. PVC or polyvinyl chloride is manufactured by mixing the polymers of petrochemicals with additives and dyes and then extruding the mixture into a sheet of solid fabric, or as a layer to cover a knit or woven backing. Because of the extrusion process, PVC fabric has a lustrous appearance and slick feel; however, the fabric can be made with embossed, textured patterns. Additionally, PVC fabric is impermeable meaning the fabric, or layer of PVC, is waterproof, heat-resistant, and mold-resistant. Furthermore, since PVC is dyed and may have UV-resistant and colorfastness additives included during the manufacturing process, this fabric displays colors and patterns vibrantly. Because of the numerous characteristics of PVC, the fabric is used in many indoor and outdoor applications.

Use PVC fabric to craft stylish apparel, accessories, and decors. Make faux-leather apparel like pants, jackets, costumes, and shoes, with PVC fabric. Furthermore, use PVC fabric to sew accessories like pocketbooks, bags, and phone cases. Lastly, create indoor and outdoor window coverings, or upholstery for vehicles, boats, furniture, and gym equipment. Shop PVC fabric online at wholesale prices, whether by the yard or in bulk by the roll.
