FAQ - RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within a 14 day window period from the time of delivery with no restocking fee! After this time period, orders are no longer eligible for returns/exchanges.

Due to resolution and monitor limitations, colors may sometimes vary from screen to screen. However, we take great pride and care in providing the most accurate colors in our pictures. Many times the color will be extremely accurate. Please always try a smaller amount of yardage first to confirm that the color is what you are looking for!

We allow cancellations up until the fabric has been cut. Once the fabric has been cut, there will be a cancellation restocking fee applied to your order. For some fabrics, no cancellation will be accepted. Please inquire with one of our sales reps.

You can initiate a return/exchange by sending an email to support@FabricWholesaleDirect.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Item you are requesting to return/exchange
• Reason for return/exchange

A representative will respond back to you as soon as possible with the return authorization info.
