When your order has been placed we will send yoou an email confirmation. Once the order has been shipped and scanned by the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), we will email you the tracking information so you can track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
We allow cancellations up until the fabric has been cut. Once the fabric has been cut, there will be a cancellation restocking fee applied to your order. For some fabrics, no cancellation will be accepted. Please inquire with one of our sales reps.
Until the shipping carrier scans the package, your orders status will say unfulfilled. Please note that this does not mean your order has not been shipped or prepared. Often times your order can be shipped/in-transit but the shipping carrier has not yet scanned the package which is why the status states unfulfilled. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and your order status will up updated to say fulfilled. Our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Please contact our sales rep immediately to make changes to your order. All orders are custom cut to your unique specificaitions. Therefore due to the nature of the fabric industry, once the order has been cut you will be unable to make changes to your order.
First, check your inbox to see if you received a tracking number. Check the tracking number to see if your package is still in transit or delivered. If the tracking information says that the package was delivered, contact the shipping carrier and check with your neighbors to confirm delivery. Still no luck? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and one of our representives can help you find the order.
Please first confirm the contents of your order by looking at your order confirmation email that we sent out. You can also check the packing slip that was sent with your package. If you're really missing an item, contact us with your name and order information and we'll work to rectify the issue quickly.
If something in your package is damaged please send us an email and attach images illustrating the damaged fabric and an image of the packing slip (can be found in your package). We will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
Due to resolution and monitor limitations, colors may sometimes vary from screen to screen. However, we take great pride and care in providing the most accurate colors in our pictures. Many times the color will be extremely accurate. Please always try a smaller amount of yardage first to confirm that the color is what you are looking for!
