Ottertex® Hexagon Waterproof Ripstop is a durable fabric that is tear-resistant and waterproof. Made from 300 denier thick, 100% polyester fibers, Ottertex® Hexagon Waterproof Ripstop fabric features a textured and reinforced hexagon pattern that is woven into the fabric to increase its strength and prevent tearing. Each hexagon is ¼ inch in height and ¼ inch in width.
Measuring 60/61 inches per linear yard, Ottertex® Hexagon Waterproof Ripstop fabric has a 190 GSM, is 0.35 millimeters thick, measures 300 Denier, and weighs approximately 10.7 ounces per linear yard. Ottertex® Hexagon Waterproof Ripstop is a light to medium-weight fabric with a waterproof polyurethane coating, which means the fabric has zero to low levels of impermeability. This item is PFAS-free and has been updated with a PFAS-free FC0 PU (Polyurethane) coating. Additionally, Ottertex® Hexagon Waterproof Ripstop fabric can withstand approximately 800 hours of direct sunlight without the color fading.
