Extra Wide Floral Damask Upholstery Jacquard is a durable, shiny, and slightly textured fabric that displays a multicolored, damask pattern woven into the fabric itself. Sourced from 100% polyester fibers, this fabric is made to be durable, easy to clean, and wrinkle resistant. Extra Wide Floral Damask Upholstery Jacquard is woven on a jacquard loom with a single colored warp yarn forming the background, and multiple, different colored weft yarns forming the detailed, floral themed pattern. Additionally, the slightly lustrous floral damask pattern on this fabric runs vertically, parallel to the selvedge, and repeats every 8.5 inches vertically, and 13 inches horizontally. Extra Wide Floral Damask Upholstery Jacquard measures 118 inches wide, is 0.40 millimeters thick, has a 190 GSM, and weighs approximately 19.5 ounces per linear yard. This medium weight and medium thick fabric also has a heavy drape and flow when it is hung.

Science Fabric for the Nerds at Heart
I'm using the science fabric I purchased to make a quilt for my retired science-teacher friend. The fabric was well represented in the pictures and I'm excited to get started. My only regret is that I can't buy it in 1/4 yard pieces...otherwise I would have bought more variety.
